Our Past Programs:
Israeli agritech exploring adaptation for smallholder farmers in Ethiopia
In partnership with the JDC (The Joint), Israeli AgriTech startups have participated in a targeted matchmaking program designed to build strategic partnerships in Sub-Saharan Africa, with a focus on markets such as Ethiopia and South Africa. By adapting Israeli innovations to the specific needs of smallholder farmers, the program aims to improve productivity, resilience, output quality, market access, and economic growth—ultimately driving positive transformation in farmers' livelihoods while paving the way for Israeli companies to make a meaningful impact in emerging agricultural markets.
Adapting and piloting Israeli technologies in humanitarian settings
The IsraAid - Pears Program Pilot Fund is a unique opportunity for companies to explore their technology's applicability to humanitarian settings and to gain the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the humanitarian sector.
