
Ethan Gertzman
Community Manager
Ethan is the Community Manager at Nura Global Innovation Lab.
Ethan's background is community organizing, politics, and advocacy. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2020 with a degree in Political Science, Psychology and Non-Profit Management, before serving as a constituent services advocate for U.S. Senator Cory Booker.
From there, Ethan received a Masters Degree in African Sustainable Community Development from Ben Gurion University, writing his thesis on the energy-agriculture-water nexus approach to international development.
From there, he developed a model of economic development for small-holder farmers, combining utility-scale solar with onsite agro-processing in Western Uganda.
At Nura, Ethan manages our online and offline communities, connecting our ecosystem with funding opportunities and market entry opportunities.
