Chair of the Board

Lilac Mandeles is a senior executive and board director with over 25 years of leadership experience across the corporate, public, and innovation sectors. She believes that sustainable growth stems from a thoughtful balance between strategy, governance, and innovation.

Lilac serves as a director at major public and government-owned companies, including:  Amidar Ltd.– Israel’s National Housing Company, Meuhedet Health Services,Israel Military Industries.

She also founded and chairs the Women Directors Leading Investments Forum, which strengthens financial expertise and investment leadership among women serving on boards.

Previously, Lilac founded and led TechForCann, a European accelerator and investment platform that raised €2.5M in government funding, and held senior leadership positions at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Eli Lilly, and Johnson &

Johnson Israel, focusing on global strategic marketing and growth initiatives.

Her professional expertise spans finance, M&A, due diligence, risk management, and post-merger integration, with a strong orientation toward innovation andglobal collaboration.

Lilac holds an MBA in Marketing and a B.Sc. in Chemistry & Biochemistry (cum laude) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and completed the Advanced Directors Course at Tel Aviv University. She is a certified mediator and

international speaker, known for her commitment to curiosity, excellence, and integrity.
